Graduating Juniors and Seniors: If you have not received your Graduation tickets, see Mr. Perez in the main office at any time to get them
There is now extras available, it will be first come first serve but to make it civil and fair the maximum extra you can get is 4 tickets for now.
Thank you to everyone who has already picked up their cap and gown. Here are some things to know if you still need to pick up or place an order.
For pick up:
Mrs. Clark is available in room 2515 before and after school, and at lunch (11:30-1:30).

Attention Graduating Seniors!
This year there will be a limited number of senior laptops available for sale. We are asking Graduating Seniors who are interested in purchasing their laptops to fill out the Survey below. Indicating you would like to purchase your laptop; will NOT guarantee we will be able to sell you your laptop. We just need an idea of how many students would be interested in purchasing. The cost will be $75.00. The bookkeeper will start taking payments on May 24, 2021 and no sooner.

The City of Goshen and the Goshen Tree Board want to recognize your accomplishments by offering you and your family a tree, which you may plant at your home, or another private site of your choosing.

ATTENTION ALL SENIORS:
Please stop by the student counseling office and let us know where you would like your final transcript to be sent to if you are attending College/Trade School.

Summer School food program will start June 7th through the 24th. Breakfast will be available in the cafeteria from 7:30 until 8:30 and lunch will be offered from 11:30 until 12:30. GHS is also the home base for our summer foods program that runs through the end of July.
The Color Guard Spring Training and Auditions for ALL STUDENTS will begin May 11th at Goshen MIDDLE School. Auditions will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from May 11th – May 26th from 4pm-6pm. Meet in Mrs. Stoll’s room, 509. Dress in athletic clothes including tennis shoes with socks. Bring water. No prior experience necessary.
The Goshen Bands are looking for piano players! If you play piano and would like to play in our jazz bands we want to talk to you! Please contact Mr. Cox or Mr. Kaufman in the band room.
IN SPORTS ACTION TODAY:
The boys JV and Varsity golf team will play Fairfield HS at Black Squirrel Golf Course starting at 5pm
The girls Varsity softball team will play their first round of sectional at Northridge starting at 6:30pm
SPORTS RESULTS:
The Goshen RedHawks (15-13 7-7 NLC) capped off the 2021 regular season with a 15-11 win over the Jimtown Jimmies on Saturday morning. After a senior day celebration, the senior class led the way to victory behind strong performances from all 5 seniors.
In a game that saw the RedHawks jump out to a lead of 11-4, became tied in the 6th inning when Jimtown was able to put up 4 in the 5th and 3 in the 6th. Noah Alford led the offense with 3 hits.
All 5 seniors contributed in different ways. Reece Fisher went 1-3 with 1 RBI and 2 runs scored. Colin Turner went 2-3 with 3 RBI and 2 runs scored. Ezequiel Moreno Reyes went 2-4 with 2 RBI and 1 run scored. Noah Meikle pitched 2.2 innings, striking out 4 batters and giving up 2 earned runs. Isaac Sawatzky courtesy ran and scored a run while swiping 3 bases.
Not only did the RedHawks win the game, but in the game they were able to break the school record for stolen bases as a team. The old record was 140 set back in 1980. The offense was able to steal enough bases today to break the record and set a new mark of 143 on the season.
The RedHawks open up sectional play next Thursday. They will travel to Northridge High School to take on the Penn Kingsmen starting at 5pm.
Goshen fired a team score 329 to finish third by just 4 strokes to Warsaw (325) and NorthWood (328) in the NLC championships Saturday. With their third place finish in the round robin and third place in the tournament, Goshen finishes 1 point from second to take third place in the NLC.
Goshen’s Chase Meyer and Jackson Guipe are first team All-Conference team members. Chase fired a 72 and was the Individual conference champion, while Jackson carted a 76 for second low medalist in the tournament. The RedHawks have Chase and Jackson as the two best scorers at the tournament at Bent Oak.
