Youth Caucus Club: Our first meeting is on Monday September 13, first session in the Main Gym during SRT. The Goshen High School Youth Caucus is a club that connects students with the City government. Students are presented with an opportunity to impact the future of Goshen and improve the current state of the city for youth. Students are given a platform to voice their thoughts and gain experience with Youth Advisors in positions across City Gov. and the School Board. It is an amazing opportunity to gain professional experience in the decisions made. We inspire the student body of Goshen High School to be involved and make an impact in the community. We encourage all students to consider joining to represent the diversity of our school and future of Goshen. The Youth Advisors and their positions are: City Council- Adrian Mora, Mayor’s Environmental Advisory Committee- Sophia Yordy, Parks & Recreation Board- Ashley Garcia Coto, Community Relations Commision- Steve Burmudez, Shade Tree Board- Kaite Batson, School Board- Aysia Adkins. Goshen’s Mayor will be attending the meeting.
