Come out to the Maple City Chapel parking lot on Saturday to support the Purdue Alumni Club of Elkhart County, and purchase some chicken and potatoes!
If you want to make sure to get some delicious chicken, we are selling tickets in advance. Presale tickets are available at Long’s Marathon, or you can call 574-215-9474 for more information. Proceeds support our club scholarship fund!
Nurse Wendy is available to answer any questions regarding Covid-19 between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and on Sundays. If you email her during other times of the day, please expect an answer after 8am. If you are unsure if you should come to school, please do not come to school until you have heard back from Nurse Wendy.
E-Sports Club will be starting on October 26th in room 1620 after school till 5pm, Monday through Wednesdays. Everyone is welcome from Hardcore gamers to casual gamers or even those just interested. We will be competing in League of Legends this year and if we can assemble teams any other games hosted by Indiana High School Esports Network in January.
Games currently available; League of Legends, Super Smash Brothers, Overwatch, and are open to others we can support. Games must be a recognized E-Sports Games. Because of COVID we are always able to support students studying at home for ROA and using their home machines, with parent consent and a daily check-in with the club leaders.

Attention Seniors and Early Graduating Juniors:
Believe it or not, College Goal Sunday is just 10 days away!
The first virtual College Goal Sunday takes place at 2pm (EDT) on October 25th. Families will simply go to www.CollegeGoalSunday.org on October 25th, and click the link there to enter the virtual event. FAFSA experts from across Indiana will be available to assist with the FAFSA filing. College Goal Sunday is once again having a drawing for 5 scholarships worth $1,000 each for students who attend virtual CGS and fill out a survey on October 25th!
SPORTS:
Sports results:
- The Varsity volleyball competed in Sectionals last night losing to Elkhart High School ending their season.
In Sports Action Today:
- The boys Varsity football team will compete against Wawasee at Wawasee High School starting at 7:00PM.
On Saturday:
- The JV football team will compete against Wawasee High School at GHS starting at 9:00AM.
- The boys’ and girls’ Varsity cross country teams will compete in Regionals at Ox Bow Park starting at 10:30AM.
For athletic hub: check with the athletic department if you need a bus ride to school for practice.
For tickets: visit www.goshenredhawks.org for the weekly Ticket Plan to see when game tickets for certain events are available.
There are no digital ticket options for your parents/fans for Sectional volleyball at Warsaw. Fans will purchase at the gate for the Sectional volleyball.
There are no digital ticket options for Varsity football at Wawasee. Fans can purchase at the gate for football, but there are tickets available in the athletic office, too. On Thursday and Friday, all students and staff can purchase tickets in the athletic office.
Basketball Sideline cheerleading will start on Monday, October 26th, 4pm in the warehouse. All athletic paperwork needs to be turned into athletics before you can attend practices.
