Community Survey

Goshen Community Schools and Goshen Health are working together to gather information from GCS parents and guardians in an effort to better serve the Goshen community. The survey, which is available in both English and Spanish, asks questions related to educational and community health services, to understand how to best serve the community.

The survey is available here, and may also be accessed on school computers during the fall Parent/Teacher conferences. Participants may choose to take the survey from their own phone, iPad, or computer, or on a school computer during Parent/Teacher conferences. Staff members will be available during conferences to assist in answering questions or with technical issues.
