SPORTS NEWS:
- On Saturday, the boys’ basketball team will host Laville. Interra Credit Union is sponsoring free attendance that night for GHS students who show their current school year ID. Come see the boys play this Saturday. THE JV starts at 6 Pm with the Varsity game to follow.

IN SPORTS ACTION THIS WEEKEND: Saturday Dec 4th
- The Varsity wrestling team will travel to Plymouth to wrestle in the Plymouth Super Duals starting at 9am
- The Varsity Co-ed swimming teams will host the Redhawk Coed Relays at GJHS starting at 10am
- The JV and Varsity boys’ basketball team will host LaVille HS. JV starts at 6:00pm and Varsity begins at 7:30pm
- The JV and Varsity girls’ basketball teams will travel to play against Plymouth HS. JV starts at 6:45pm and Varsity starts at 8:15pm

- The girls swam fast and had some great swims tonight as they faced Northridge and Plymouth.Strong finishers for the Lady RedHawks were :
200 Medley Relay : Ellie Walters, Olivia Goertz, Samantha Hunter, and Norah George-Miller. AND Vanessa Murillo-Cruz, Trinitee Lehman, Addison Dierickx, and Jill Sweetser.200 Free, Azuna Espino, Maggie Dorn and Trinitee Lehman
200 IM: Sam Hunter and Addison Dierickx
50 Free: Norah George-Miller (finishing 1st for Goshen), and Jill Sweetser
100 Fly: Sam Hunter and Vanessa Murillo-Cruz
100 Free: Norah George-Miller and Jill Sweetser
500 Free: Azuna Espino and Maggie Dorn
200 Free Relay: Hope Kindig, Mattie Dorn, Azuna Espino, and Olivia Goertz
100 Back: Vanessa Murillo Cruz and Ellie Walters
100 Breast: Addison Dierickx, and Olivia Goertz
400 Free Relay: Sam Hunter, Vanessa Murillo-Cruz, Addison Dierickx, and Norah George-Miller.
There were other great swims and time drops had by Gwyn Woods (50 Fly), Riley Kim (100 Free), and Trinitee Lehman in the 100 Breast. and the 200 Free Relay with Sofia Magallan Richardi, Riley Kim, Ellie Walters, and Daphne Cid.
Great job ladies! The RedHawks will host the Goshen Relays on Saturday
- In a highly competitive meet the RedHawks had some great swims/dives for the evening,Goshen was led by Seniors Nick Zehr, Austin Elliott and Manith Kamalakath; Juniors Jeremy Stutzman, Max Yegorov and Caden Hodge; Sophomore Levi Moser; and Freshman Peter Moser, Cade Gentry, Crosby Poling Braun and Fateh Singh. Each contributing points in the meets.
As a team they’ve dropped over a 1 minute of time and gained over 28 diving points in their first 3 meets. Their hard work is definitely paying off. We look forward to seeing what the future holds.
The evening ended with the RedHawks coming away with both a win and a loss for the evening, bringing their record to 5- 2 overall.
The RedHawks will be in action again on Saturday as they host the RedHawk Relays.
- The Lady RedHawks Freshman team falls to Wawasee by a score of 47-7. The Lady RedHawks were led by Michaela Bowling with 3 points. Yesenia Medina and Christina Linn also had 2 points for the RedHawks.
Club Meetings
- French Club will hold their Christmas meeting Monday, December 6th during the 2ndsession of SRT in room 1535. We will explore Christmas traditions in France and share gifts with others. Feel free to sign up using the SRT program or just show up. Hope to see you there! -Mlle Mack

- Seniors: A scholarship list is available on Canvas and has been updated weekly. Please make sure to check out the GHS Counseling Office page and select Moduleson the left hand side. The list will appear on the very top and has the websites/PDF files linked. If you do not have access, please let Ms. Embriz (lembriz@goshenschools.org) know.
- SAT/ACT: Interested in taking the SAT or ACT? Make sure to check the deadlines for registration at their respective websites (collegeboard.orgor www.act.org). You will need to create an account if you do not have one already and complete the registration.
- PE Bowling
All GHS PE and FIT classes please make sure you have your bowling permission slip turned in by the time we leave for the bowling alley this week on Thursday and Friday. Remember that you need to bring $5 dollars for each trip to the bowling alley.

- The GHS musical this year is Guys and Dolls! If you have ever thought you might be interested in being on stage, learning to dance and sing, making new friends, and stretching your entertaining skills, this is the show for you! Auditions are December 2nd and 3rd after school. If you have any questions, get in touch with Ms. O’Leary via email (koleary@goshenschools.org) or reach out to people you know who have been in shows in the past. This is a GREAT show for people who have been thinking “Hmmmm, maybe I want to try it out!” We know you’ll love it!
