Video Contest Rules

• Eligibility: Any GCS student may participate.
• All videos must be original and must be at least 30 seconds in length, but not more than 60 seconds.
• All videos must be related to COVID-19 safety guidelines and/or procedures.
• All content in the video must be “school appropriate”.
• Humor is greatly appreciated and will be considered in the judging.
• The student’s name, school email address, grade, and school must be included with the video submission.

• RedHawk Online Academy students are welcome to participate!
• All entries will be reviewed by the judges/GCS Administrators to narrow the entries down to the top entries in three categories: Elementary (top 10 entries), Middle School (top 5 entries), and High School (top 5 entries).
• Winners will receive: Goshen/RedHawks t-shirts and Taki’s!
• The deadline to enter a video in the contest is November 20, 2020.

Poster Contest Rules

• Eligibility: Any GCS student may participate.
• All posters must be the work of only one student and must be original.
• The poster must be related to COVID-19 safety guidelines and/or procedures.
• All content on the poster must be “school appropriate”.
• Physical posters should be on heavy paper; acceptable sizes include: 11×17, 18×24, or 24×36. Any media may be used, including paint, crayon, colored pencil, charcoal, stickers, paper, & other materials.
• Posters may also be submitted digitally and should be sized to print on 11 x 17 paper.
• Humor is greatly appreciated and will be considered in the judging.
• The student’s name, school email address, grade, and school must be on the back of the poster (or included with the digital submission).
• All entries may be submitted in person at the GCS Administration Center located at 613 E. Purl Street, Goshen, IN, emailed to contact@goshenschools.org or submitted at https://forms.gle/cZkFzJwxEci5mYhKA
