Dear Families of the GHS class of 2019, 

Our staff has started planning for the GHS graduation, to be held in the GHS main gym on Sunday, June 9^th at 2:00 p.m.

We will be issuing tickets for the graduation ceremony. Each graduate will be issued 5 tickets. The tickets will be free of charge, but each person (including babies who will be held during the ceremony) will need to have a ticket in order to get in for graduation. No one will be admitted into the gym for graduation without a ticket. We ask that you please meet your family members to distribute tickets prior to entering the school. We also have overflow seating available for those who do not have tickets to watch a live feed of the ceremony in the auditorium.   

We will announce a time for students to pick up their tickets in early May.  An ID must be presented to pick up tickets.  We will e-mail this information to students as a reminder. 

Students who do not need all of their tickets should return the extra tickets to the main office. Tickets may be re-issued to another family if there are special circumstances that cause them to need more than their allotted number of tickets. (Special circumstances will be determined by the Principal.) If your family needs more than the allotted 5 tickets, you can email the Principal’s Secretary at gradtickets@goshenschools.org to be put on the “extra ticket request” list. Tickets are limited this year due to the size of the class and the new gymnasium seating, so please have your student check with friends or people in their SRT class to see if they can find someone who does not need all of their tickets first.

Estimadas familias de la generación 2019 de la preparatoria Goshen High School:

Nuestro personal ha comenzado los planes de graduación de Goshen High School, que tendrá lugar en el gimnasio principal de la preparatoria, el domingo, 9 de junio, a las 2 p.m.

Distribuiremos las entradas para la ceremonia de graduación.  A cada graduado se le darán 5 entradas. Los boletos serán gratuitos, pero cada persona (incluidos los bebés a quienes carguen durante la ceremonia) deberán tener un boleto para entrar a la graduación. A nadie se le permitirá la entrada a la graduación en el gimnasio si no tiene boleto. Les pedimos que por favor se reúnan con sus familiares para distribuirles sus boletos antes de entrar a la escuela. También tenemos asientos disponibles para los que no tienen boleto, para que puedan ver la transmisión en vivo de la ceremonia en el auditorio de la escuela.    

Anunciaremos el momento en el que los estudiantes puedan recoger sus boletos a principios de mayo. Deberán presentar su identificación para recoger las entradas. Les enviaremos un correo electrónico a los estudiantes para recordarles.

Los estudiantes que no necesiten todas sus entradas deben devolver las entradas adicionales a la dirección principal. Les entregaremos estos boletos a otra familia, en caso de que hubiera circunstancias especiales que hicieran que necesitaran más que su número asignado de entradas. El director escolar determinará cuáles son dichas circunstancias especiales. Si su familia necesita más de los 5 boletos asignados, envíele un correo electrónico a la secretaria del director escolar a gradtickets@goshenschools.org para que lo incluya en la lista de “solicitudes de boletos adicionales”. El número de entradas está limitado este año debido al tamaño de la generación que se graduará y al tamaño del nuevo gimnasio. Por lo tanto, pídale a su hijo que primero revise con sus compañeros en su clase de SRT, si hay alguien que no necesita todas sus entradas.
