Plymouth Avenue Trail Crossing Modification Project Update – Walsh & Kelly, Inc. plan to open Plymouth Avenue/SR 119 to traffic around 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13.

The remainder of the construction will be done while the roadway is open to traffic.  Please use caution, as there will be flaggers directing traffic and construction workers finishing up the project over the next few weeks.
