Tuesday, Day 7

Tedious, ain't it? This clear sunny sky, ~ 80 degrees, sun sparkling off the calm ocean -- a person could get used to this!

Seminars are done, so students need to be working on both their workbooks and their habitat reports now. The boat will be running non-stop taking folks to and from various habitats. But there is still time in the day to soak in the sun a bit and enjoy the place.

Here are some after-breakfast shots:

This afternoon pretty much everyone was on a field trip and all the photographers seemed to be in the water! However, this evening 43 of our group loaded up for a night fishing boat trip and there are a LOT of pictures! They are out now as I am typing this at 10:30 PM. The seas were calm with a cool breeze so it looked like it would be a great trip. We will get some of the students to report on their trip tomorrow (and see how close Carl was with his estimate of there bringing back 400 fish!!). In the meantime, enjoy the pictures of the fishing trip setting off!
