Goshen High School Marine Biology Course Day 7

Group Presentations.

Wake-up calls were at the normal 6:00am and 7:00am this morning. The morning was devoted to bookwork and working on oral presentations. Students were busy making charts, posters and typing up their final reports on the computers. The weather was wonderful and the water was very calm, so a group ventured out one last time to the coral reef. It was a very productive excursion as they saw two eagle rays. By afternoon, groups were doing their final run-thru for their presentations. At 4:00pm the presentations began. There were a variety of skits including raps, school settings, radio broadcast, Hollywood Squares and song and dance. In the evening, the students finished all remaining studies and had one final game of volleyball. We celebrated the 18th birthday of one of our members with Dilly Bars. We all have mixed feelings of returning home, because we know there is to be 2-3" of snow up north. We have had a WONDERFUL week!!
