GHS offers students quality choices in courses guided by State Academic Standards and crafted to help students learn and apply skills they need to be successful. Every one of the 1,700 students at GHS works with advisors and counselors to choose classes that fit their interests and needs.
Student Life
Being active and involved is an important part of success for students
at GHS, allowing students form supportive relationships with teachers
and other students. Students enjoy a variety of opportunities to
participate in the various programs, clubs, organizations, athletics and performing
arts
GHS also offers after-hours help for students who need extra time in the Media Center to work on computers, research, or get tutoring from staff.
Additionally, students enjoy an educational experience that is enhanced by multicultural diversity. Students can learn and form connections with people from other cultures, races, and ethnicities.
