Elkhart Career Center
In 1971, Goshen Community Schools began partnering with the Elkhart Area Career Center to offer career and technical education to Goshen High School juniors and seniors. This partnership continues today.
The Elkhart Area Career Center offers hands-on training in twenty-two skilled occupations, ranging from business technology to welding. For students planning post-secondary education, most of these programs have articulation and advanced credit agreements with various colleges and universities in Indiana and Michigan. A number of classes also offer industry certification and/or licensing.
The Elkhart Area Career Center is North Central Association (NCA) accredited.
