
The GHS Girls Cross Country teams include Varsity, JV and a training program that is structured so the athletes can improve their running skills and move up through the ranks. All runners are given the opportunity to compete.
The coaches encourage student athletes to excel in both the classroom and on the course. The program is structured to encourage teamwork, camaraderie, growth as an individual runner along with enjoyment and understanding of the sport.
